Lynchburg Business magazine was proud to honor the region’s emerging leaders and exemplary workplace cultures at our annual Top 20 Under 40 Awards celebration.

Held in July at The Glass House in downtown Lynchburg, the event recognized this year’s Top 20 Under 40 recipients—nominated by members of our business community and selected by an independent panel of judges. Each honoree brought with them a crowd of supporters, mentors, and colleagues, making for a festive and inspiring evening filled with connection and celebration.

Guests enjoyed a delicious spread provided by The Glass House, along with desserts from Sweet Treats Bakery, as they mingled and networked with fellow professionals.
