With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and 17 years as an Assisted Living Facility Administrator, Kim is committed to delivering compassionate, purpose-driven care. She began her career in long-term care, developing specialized expertise in wound care, hospice care, and sub-acute nursing. She earned her Administrator’s license in 2008 at Heritage Green Assisted Living. In 2022, she became a Certified Dementia Practitioner, further enhancing her ability to support individuals living with dementia.
Kim’s mission has remained constant: to be a source of light, comfort, and excellence in care for every resident she serves. Passionate about mentorship, she obtained her Assisted Living Preceptor’s license in 2024 to guide and inspire the next generation of senior care leaders.
Alongside her husband, Bishop Jay Logan, Kim is also the co-founder of Destiny Christian Fellowship, a local non-denominational church they have faithfully led for over 20 years. Her faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of her life and leadership, and she strives to share hope and encouragement wherever she goes.
