Temika N. Younger, RN, MSN-Ed, is the founder of Empowering Health Care Professionals Training LLC and the driving force behind Virginia Adult Care Education (VACE). With decades of experience training nurses, direct care staff, educators, and administrators, she’s earned a reputation as a trusted leader who equips professionals to care well, lead well, and inspire others to do the same.

As a leadership speaker, author, consultant, and business coach, Temika is passionate about helping people discover the gifts God has placed on the inside of them—and giving them the confidence and permission to use those gifts to bless others. This year marked an exciting new chapter with the release of her book, Lead on Fire: Because You Were Never Meant to Lead on Empty, expanding on the message that has inspired leaders for decades. She now invites leaders from every industry to join her for the Second Annual Lead on Fire Leadership Conference, returning March 4–5, 2027, in Lynchburg, Virginia.
