We received countless nominations this year from peers, colleagues, and leaders, all recognizing our community’s youngest workforce. A panel of judges—made up of representatives from Lynchburg Business, the Lynchburg Office of Economic Development and Tourism, and the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance—narrowed down the pool to 20 men and women representing a diverse list of industries and occupations.
