Lynchburg Fence & Railing Co., LLC

Penny serves as the second-generation President of Lynchburg Fence & Railing Company. She joined the company in 2010 and became a partner in 2013 before assuming her current role as President in 2016. Over the years, Penny has successfully steered Lynchburg Fence to greater heights of achievement by improving customer satisfaction and surmounting the challenges that come with being a female executive in a historically male-dominated industry.
